Figures I would get sick this week.. My sinuses are so congested and I can’t concentrate. Hopefully I’ll feel better tomorrow enough to go to the gym :/

so..

i’m at the point in my diet where i end up losing sight of my goal. every time i’ve tried losing weight, i’ve never made it under like 165.. i didn’t go to the gym this whole weekend and i didn’t go today because my stomach has been messed up. my goal is to lose just 1 pound this week so i can be 165 by Saturday for my birthday. i already bought my prom dress, which isn’t anything like i had hoped for because i didn’t lose the weight i planned to earlier on. now i’m also afraid of losing too much weight by prom so my dress won’t fit properly!

luckily i was able to control myself today with my diet. even though i didn’t workout, i can still be satisfied with sticking to my calorie limit. tomorrow and wednesday i’ll go to the gym, then thursday i’m getting a haircut and celebrating my birthday. i’m going to try and force myself to go over the weekend too. i hope i can do this..
