planning out my day for tomorrow-
breakfast - whole wheat bagel thin with unsalted butter (200)
lunch - pear and 2 apple cinnamon crispy wheat things (200)
snack - pineapple or yogurt (100-200)
dinner - no idea, but something big probably (400-700)
hoping to get in a good work out tomorrow at track practice too, since i skipped today to get certified in infant CPR. also, my day would have been perfect today, but i fucked up...
shit. tomorrow's really April 1st?
fuck. i keep thinking it’s still mid-March. what a shitty month it’s been. i only have 3 weeks to reach my 2nd GW of 165lbs. umm…i don’t know if that’ll happen, but i’m really hoping it will! i want to notice a difference in my size by my birthday in May, and look awesome in my car when i’m driving around <3

found an awesome, crunchy, low-calorie snack!
Mr Wheat Crispy Wheat. found these today when i went food shopping, and oh my gosh. they are awesome! i bought the apple cinnamon ones and i’m in love. it’s only 110 calories for 7 pieces, and the pieces are pretty big! they’re thin and about the size of your fist. i’m totally buying these more often.
i feel like even though i’ve been overeating and binging a lot, i’ve gotten stronger. track really helps me improve my endurance and muscles.
however, i won’t be happy until i see visual results. i’m thinking that i would like to be able to fit into a size 7 in skinny jeans. is that too much to ask for? i’m currently wearing a size 13/14. however, i know that if i...

and now i’m pissed off that we’re not eating dinner until like 7:30 or 8 because my mom is cooking and doesn’t get home until late every night. i hate it. i eat lunch at school at 11:30, then go to track until 4:30, and then i come home and can’t eat for another 3 hours? so i fucking binge on anything i can find. and i actually worked out hard today too but the calories...
