i’ve been really busy lately, and have gotten off track with my weight loss. right now it’s more of a mental block that’s causing it..i’m happy with my body so far, but i’m not in love with it. however, since i’ve come to accept my body, i realized it’s become harder to really get into a workout routine and diet. i do think though that i need to stop going out to eat so much, especially since i have to refill my gas tank once a week!
i guess this is something i just have to wait out…i can’t just force myself back into a weight loss regime. not right now, anyway. i’m hoping that i’ll get out of it soon, and i’d like to be 10lbs lighter by July. if i can get my friend to come to the gym with me a couple times a week then i’m sure i can get back on track again :)
