despite having a toothache from going to the dentist and being really tired, i still ended up pushing myself to go to the gym. i went on the elliptical for 45 minutes, and damn was i tired. i was on my own for dinner tonight, so i went out and bought some lean cuisine meals and healthy choice soups. i ended up treating myself to a caramel iced latte because i had 400 calories left to spare, but...

Anonymous asked: Personally, I think you under-calculated. 3 oz of anything is roughly the size of your palm alone, so if you had four peaces of steak that would probably be more like 6 or more oz, not four. As for the mashed potatoes, I'm guessing it's about 200 calories per cup.
so i had 770 calories to spare for dinner, but i’m not sure how many i just had. my sister made london broil with mashed potatoes with cheese and bacon bits. i had like 4 pieces of the steak, and then like 2 scoops of the mashed potatoes. i logged it in as 4oz of london broil, but that seems like more than i ate and it came out to 250 calories. then the mashed potatoes…those were hard...
